At Ginetta Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund.

To qualify:

  • You must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • You then have 14 days to return the items to us.

You do not need to provide a reason for cancellation within this period.

2. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear or socks (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Personalised or customised items (unless faulty)

3. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please:

  1. Email us at contact@ginettaclothing.com  with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason (optional).
  2. We will confirm your return request and provide return instructions.
  3. Securely repackage the item(s) and follow the return information via email.

We recommend using a tracked service as you are responsible for the goods until they arrive with us.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days back to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered:

  • Contact us at contact@ginettaclothing.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if possible.
  • We will offer you a replacement, repair, or full refund (including reasonable return postage) depending on our availability and your concern.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Double-check your bank or credit card statement.
  • Contact your payment provider—it may take a few days to process.
  • Please note items are only refunded once we have received your parcel, please allow between 5-7 working days (excluding weekends) for the funds to process back to your original payment method.
